Open a second worksheet and name it 'profit'

In this table, students should type the following headings ..

• Product name
• Cost price
• Sales price
• Number sold
• Total cost
• Total sales
• Profit

But to save students typing all the products again, they should click in the cell A2 and put in equals sign

... and on stock sheet tab at the bottom of the screen to access the first product back on the first worksheet [ 'T Shirt' on the Stock sheet]. In the toolbar, students should see the reference Stock!A2 .. they should press the ENTER key.

Back on the Profit worksheet, cell A2 will also bear the product 'T Shirt' resulting from the linking of the content in the two worksheets. Students should drag the linking formula into the other cells in Column A on the Proft worksheet, so that all product names appear on this sheet too.
